What you can contact us about
1. Content corrections
If you find an error in a calculator's formula, waste percentage, coverage value or written explanation, tell us the exact page URL and the source you believe is correct. We will verify and fix it as soon as we can.
2. Feature suggestions
Would you like a new calculator, or support for additional units or material types? Describe your use case and we will assess what is feasible.
3. Broken links
If a link no longer works or points somewhere irrelevant, send us the page URL and we will update or remove it.
4. Copyright and infringement notices
We do not host or store any third-party app installers or copyrighted work files; we only organise information and provide links. If you believe a link or description on this site infringes your rights, please include the following in your email, and we will act promptly (usually by removing the content or link):
- Your name, contact details, and confirmation that you are the rights holder (or proof of authorisation if you are an agent);
- The title of the work and evidence of your rights (for example a copyright registration or trademark record);
- The full URL of the allegedly infringing material on this site;
- A clear explanation of why you consider it infringing;
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept responsibility for it.
Where content is clearly unlawful or infringing, we will take it down as soon as we have verified the claim.
5. Business and partnerships
For advertising, content collaboration or data licensing, please put "Partnership" in the subject line and briefly outline the proposed arrangement.
What we cannot help with
- We do not provide technical support, account help or refunds for any third-party app — please contact that app's provider directly;
- We do not sell or re-host installer packages, and we cannot provide installer files directly.
